excellent stay, minor hiccup
comfortable bed great views helpful staff nice touch
The hotel provided a VERY comfortable bed. The balcony offered great views, a wonderful addition to the room. The staff proved friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I found the pastries available at the front desk on arrival a nice touch.
I noticed only A slight issue with cleanliness, as i received an ashtray for the balcony, which already contained ash.

The hotel has a refreshing pool , and several healthy breakfast choices are available each morning. The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes , so guests can maintain their fitness routines. Free parking is available , offering added convenience.

ok but disappointing experience
slow service average food
I stayed for three nights. the bar service disappointed me greatly. on several evenings, beer and wine were unavailable. the restaurant service was also very slow. My drink order was wrong and the food, when it eventually arrived, was very average. it took a long time to bring the food.

not a total disaster, but could be better
slow restaurant service limited beer
The bar service needs some work. one evening, they ran out of beer. it was a real letdown to expect a nice drink and find only limited choices. the restaurant service also was a problem. It was quite slow, and the food took a long time to come. this kind of thing really affects the experience, and i hope the hotel looks at fixing these issues.

Excellent Hotel Stay
beautiful view many options spacious room relaxing shower
The rooms had a view of the pool and the sea. The breakfast had many options with delicious food. The rooms were spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was super clean, and the shower felt relaxing. The seaside sidewalk leading to the marina made for a great walk.
The gym included only a small number of old machines. This was not ideal for a complete workout.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They provided assistance at the bar and the reception. They were professional and delivered great service .

Guincho Beach was a short ride away. Restaurants and coffee shops are nearby the hotel. A scenic walk into the city center is easy.

The breakfast was delicious with many options. I appreciated the sparkling wine for breakfast. I enjoyed dinner and lunch at the restaurant. The food there was great.
